We are smoke-free and pet free. There is self-parking on site and concierge services such as theatre/tickets and Spa booking assistance. Other amenities include a wraparound deck with an above ground swimming pool, jacuzzi tub, private en-suite baths in each room, free wireless internet access and a full homemade breakfast!

We are pleased to advise that we have opened our home to families from November to February to accommodate community skiers!
We provide concierge services such as Orangeville Theatre and Spa booking assistance at Hockley Valley Resort or the Millcroft Inn. We can recommend restaurants and interesting places to go in and around the area.
Each guest suite will have a binder filled with information for great local restaurants, things to do in the area and food delivery service.

We accept Cash, Visa and MasterCard. HST is additional to room rates and all methods of payment. A valid credit card is required to hold a booking and a 25% deposit is taken upon booking. The remaining balance is due upon arrival.
Check-In & Check-Out
Check in is 3:00 pm. Check out is 11:00 am on your departure day. Flexibility depends on other bookings. If available, a $25.00 fee applies for early check in or late checkout. Please arrange prior to your arrival.
We are a small business and cancellations affect us in a big way. We want to be fair since we know that stuff happens. Cancellations within 14 days of your arrival date will be subject to a full charge unless we are able to re-book the room(s).
Do you know a bride looking for the perfect place to share an evening with her Bridal party or a place for all to dress for her special day? Molly’s Retreat is an ideal location with comfortable sleeping capacity for 8 people.
We serve a selection of hot and cold entrees. Our typical English breakfast consists of: Fresh fruit salad, Bacon, eggs (prepared to your liking), breakfast potatoes, beans, toast and/or scone, Homemade jams, coffee, tea and juice.
Longer stays can choose from Peameal bacon, Bacon, Sausage, Turkey Sausage, Spinach frittata, Buttermilk Pancakes, Quiche, a variety of breakfast sandwiches, Smoothies, Yogurt, Homemade Granola, Oatmeal etc.
Serving times are from 7:00 AM to 10:00 AM or to be determined prior to breakfast the next day. Details will be finalized with all guests upon arrival and during your stay.
Please Note: When all rooms are occupied we serve all guests a buffet selection at 9:00 AM or 9:30 AM. Please advise before arrival of any allergies or special requirements. We can accommodate any special dietary needs providing we are informed when making the reservation. An additional charge may apply.
Our goal is to help you feel comfortable and welcome during your visit. This is your home away from home! Rules are minimal. We ask only that you treat our home with the same respect you would your own or your parents/friends home. Kindly respect our wishes as follows:
1. No shoes on any carpeted areas. You may leave your shoes in the closet on the main floor. Outer wear can be left here or taken to your room for hanging.
2. No Smoking.
3. No Pets.
4. No food in the guest suites. The dining room is always open, and you are most welcome to enjoy a delivered meal there. Please advise before delivery should you need dishes and/or cutlery.
5. PLEASE No wet bathing suits or towels on the furniture, beds, carpets or floors.
6. A clothes hamper is provided for extended stays and laundry facilities are available on request. An additional charge may apply.
Meet Your Hosts
Eileen and Sam
Sam and I are both very active and are thoroughly enjoying our B & B Host experience. We have met many wonderful guests from near and far and enjoy getting to know each and every one!
We work hard, together, to ensure each guest has a memorable visit at our B and B and it is especially important that each new guest feels right at home from arrival to departure!
Sam is a retired cabinet maker and still enjoys working with wood and is good at anything he puts his mind to! Sam played Soccer in his youth. He is still an avid soccer fan and I get much pleasure watching him enjoy a game! He enjoys watching most sports and my observations of him over the past 8 years indicate that he missed his calling as he would be an excellent coach or manager of any game/team!
I have honed some creative talents over the years and am especially drawn to art work and poetry. In fact, I still say "I want to be an artist when I grow up". Life gets in the way sometimes and we must focus on other things. I promise myself I will get back to my passions one day. I also enjoy photography, reading, cooking, baking and a good movie.
Sam and I together enjoy our children, family, friends, travelling, yard work, home renovation, working out and 'every minute' we spend together!
We look forward to meeting our incoming guests and excitedly anticipate our new experiences along our shared journey!
